What makes draft beer so special?

Many folks say that draft beer just tastes better. Sometimes this is true: Most beers need to have just the right temperature, pressure, and carbonization levels to really shine. Storing beer in a keg and carbonizing it on-the-fly gives us better control over these variables, meaning that the craft beer you enjoy from our drafts has exactly the flavor profile, texture, and mouth feel the brew master truly intended.
